Preparation / Directions:combine beef, egg, breadcrumbs, onions, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and half of tomato sauce-mix well mold to a loaf shape by hand place into a loaf pan or casserole pour tomato sauce over the top bake @ 350 degrees for 75 minutes remove from oven and drain well top with mozzarella cheese bake @ 350 for 10-15 minutes, until cheese melts remove from oven, let stand for 15 minutes serve hot
