Preparation / Directions:place the beaten egg in a small bowl, set aside place the dry breadcrumbs in a small bowl, set aside heat the butter in a skillet, over a medium flame combine remaining ingredients-mix well form into 3/4-inch meatballs moisten with beaten egg roll in breadcrumbs place into the skillet and brown well on all sides drain on a cooling rack and blot with paper towels arrange onto a serving platter skewer with frilled toothpicks serve hot, with assorted dipping sauces to the side
