Ingredients:


1 large Cantaloupe, casaba -- Honeydew or spanish

1/4 Pound thinly sliced prosciut -- Cut into 1-inch stri
 

Preparation / Directions:


*substitute: 1/4 Pound thinly sliced ham Prosciutto is a type of Italian ham cured by a special drying process,. Cut melon in half. Scoop out seeds and fibers. Cut each half lengthwise into 6 wedges and remove rind. Cut each melon wedge into 6 pieces. Wrap each piece in strips of prosciutto. Secure with wooden picks. For even more flavor, sprinkle the melon with fresh lemon or lime juice before wrapping it with prosciutto
