Preparation / Directions:Saut‚ onion, pepper, mushrooms, and garlic until soft in a pan sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray. Place ground beef in mixing bowl. Mix in saut‚ed vegetables, egg, GRAINFIELD's Corn Flakes or Wheat Flakes, and black pepper. Shape in loaf pan. Slash top of meat loaf 3 or 4 times, and fill with chili sauce.
