Ingredients:


4 1/2 Pounds fresh pork spareribs -- cut Into serving pie

-----MUSTARD SAUCE-----

1/2 cup Molasses

1/3 cup Dijon mustard

1/3 cup Cider vinegar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place pork spareribs, meaty sides up, on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast uncovered 1 hour. Brush spareribs with Mustard Sauce. Roast about 45 minutes longer, turning and brushing spareribs frequently with sauce, until done. MUSTARD SAUCE Mix molasses and mustard. Stir in vinegar.
