Pork And Peach Bake

Ingredients:


1 Package stuffing mix -- (6 ounce)

1/2 Cup SMUCKERS PEACH PRESERVED divided

4 chops pork chops -- 1/2 inch thick

2 Tablespoons oil

1 Can sliced peaches -- (8 ounce) drained

1 teaspoon parsley
 

Preparation / Directions:


Make stuffing mix according to package directions, decressing water by 1/4- cup: stir in 1/4-cup preserves. Spoon stuffing into ungreased 1-quart casserole. Brown pork chops in oil over medium heat. Arrange pork chops and peaches over stuffin. Spoon remaining 1/4-cup preserves over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until pork chops are tender. Garnish with parsley.
