Store in a sealed clean/dried plastic milk bag [ no air ] then in a labeled glass jar. Empty Spegitti jars are fantastic
Tip: I store left over species in milk bags, no air, tied then in an empty “Classiso” Spaghetti Sauce glass jar. Does a great job
