Preparation / Directions:Process venison and pork in a food processor or meat grinder until finely
ground (or ask your butcher to do this); place in a large bowl. Add vinegar
and remaining ingredients, mixing by hand until blended. Shape into 2-inch
patties, and place on a rack in a shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20
minutes or until done.
