Chili Cheese Crunchies

Ingredients:


2/3 cup plain fat free yogurt

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

2 tablespoons ground coriander

1/3 cup chili powder

2 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

3 cups chex cereal
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 250F. In a large bowl combine the first 3 ingredients, mix well. Stir in the Chex, stirring to coat completely. Spread onto non stick cookie sheets in a thin layer. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from cookie sheets. For best results, store sealed. Microwave: Cook on high for 5 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Keep the snacks to the edges of the pan as they have a tendency to catch FIRE when in the middle. Makes 3 - 1 cup servings.
