Ingredients:


1 recipe Hollandaise sauce

3 medium English muffins

2 tablespoons Margarine or butter -- soften

1 1/2 cups Chopped cooked crabmeat

1 teaspoon Margarine or butter

6 large Poached eggs
 

Preparation / Directions:


Prepare Hollandaise Sauce; keep warm. Split English muffins; toast. Spread each muffin half with margarine; keep warm. Heat crabmeat in 1 teaspoon margarine over medium heat just until hot. Prepare Poached Eggs. Place 1/4 cup crabmeat on each muffin half. Top with 1 poached egg. Spoon warm sauce over eggs.
