CREAMY LOW-CAL DRESSING

Ingredients:


1/2 cup Skim milk

2 tablespoons Lemon juice

1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

1 1/2 cups Low-fat cottage cheese -- (12 ounces)

1 small Onion -- chopped

2 Clove Garlic -- crushed

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

1/4 teaspoon Paprika
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place all ingredients in blender or food processor in order listed. Cover and blend on medium speed about 1 minute, or process, until smooth.
