Easy Cheesy Fondue

Ingredients:


12 ounces fat-free mozzarella cheese -- shredded

3 tablespoons white wine

1/2 teaspoon garlic -- minced
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a warm fondue pot mix all the ingredients. Stir constantly until the cheese melts. Dip fat free bread cubes in the cheese sauce. Keep it warm or it will harden. Microwave: Put the ingredients in a microwavable bowl. Cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds or you'll end up with baked French rubbe
