I Swear They're Fat Free French Fries

Ingredients:


3 medium potatoes

1 large egg white -- slightly beaten

1 teaspoon salt -- to taste

1 teaspoon pepper -- to taste

1 teaspoon cajun seasoning -- to taste

1 teaspoon italian herbs -- to taste

1/2 Cup fat free parmesan cheese -- to taste

1 teaspoon old bay seasoning -- to taste

1 package taco seasoning -- to taste

1/2 Cup catsup -- for dipping

1/2 Cup barbecue sauce -- for dipping

1/2 Cup fat free mayonnaise -- for dipping

1/2 Cup fat free ranch dressing -- for dipping

1/2 Cup vinegar -- for dipping
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat broiler. Bake potatoes in the microwave until tender, about 3 to 4 minutes each, depending on spud size. Leaving the skin on, slice the spuds into wedges. Place them skin side down on a non stick cookie sheet. Brush the meat of the potatoes with egg white, sprinkle with whatever spices strike your fancy. Broil in the oven about 10 minutes, until golden brown. Makes 2 servings.
