Potato-Ham Bake

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups raw potato -- peeled -- sliced thin

2 cups ham -- cubed

1/2 cup green pepper -- chopped

2 medium green onions -- chopped including tops

1 can cream of celery soup

1 cup cheddar cheese -- shredded
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in 11/2 quart casserole. Cover. Microwave at high (100%) until potatoes are tender, 12 to 14 minutes, stirring once during cooking time. Sprinkle cheese on top. Microwave at medium high (70%) until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
