Preparation / Directions:
Cut peppers in halt lengthwise. Remove seeds Set aside. Mix ground beef, rice, egg, 2 tablespoons tomato soup, salt and pepper. Spoon into pepper halveand Place peppers in a 10" square baking dish. Mix water with soup. Spoon over peppers. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at high (100%) until peppers are tender, 16 to 18 minutes. Spoon soup mixture over top of peppers. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave, uncovered, at high (100%) until cheese is melted, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
