Preparation / Directions:In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onions and saute until lightly browned (about 6 minutes).
Add the remaining ingredients except eggs.
Saute about 2 minutes. Add eggs and cook until set but still moist. Remove from heat and let cool.
