Ingredients:


1 piece star anise

1 piece cassia bark

1 piece orange peel

1 piece cardamom

1 piece ginger root
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put ingredients together in tea strainer or cheesecloth bag. Add to soups or sauces during cooking; remove before serving.
