Ingredients:
2 tablespoons poppy seeds |
2 tablespoons mustard seeds |
1 1/2 tablespoons whole cloves |
1/4 cup blades of mace |
1/4 cup dried red chiles |
1/4 cup fennel seeds |
1 ounce cardamom pods |
2 pieces peppercorns |
2 ounces dried root ginger |
1 1/3 cups coriander seeds |
1 cup cumin seeds |
1 cup ground turmeric |

Store in an airtight jar after blending well.
NOTE: A more robust basic blend.
