Ingredients:


1 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoons chili powder

1 bunch fresh basil -- chopped

2 tablespoons white vinegar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Layer fresh rosemary sprigs on top of skinned chicken and leave on during smoking; lay chicken or chicken breasts on a bed of fresh rosemary sprigs during smoking. Use white vinegar with some of the rub as a mop about 2 or 3 times during smoking. Dab on gently so as not to disturb the rosemary.
