Preparation / Directions:Place coriander and cumin seeds in skillet and dry fry for a minute or two--do not burn.
Place unground ingredients in spice grinder and grind to a fine powder.
Mix together remaining ingredients with the freshly ground spices.
Store in air-tight container in cool dark place.
