Ingredients:


2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons black pepper, coarsely ground

2 tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 1/2 teaspoons ground white pepper

1 1/2 teaspoons crushed hot red pepper

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


Stir well to mix, then store at room temperature in an airtight jar. Makes about 2/3 cup, enough rub for two 3-pound racks of spareribs
