Ingredients:


1 cup cane sugar

1/2 cup garlic salt

1/3 cup paprika

1/4 cup seasoned salt

3/4 cup BBQ spice

2 tablespoons onion salt

2 tablespoons celery salt

2 tablespoons chili seasoning

2 tablespoons black pepper

1 tablespoon ground ginger

1 tablespoon lemon pepper

2 tablespoons dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Sift all ingredients together. Store in an airtight container away from sunlight. To use, sprinkle ribs, brisket, or chicken as if you were putting on heavy salt and pepper.
