Ingredients:
3 tablespoons celery seed |
3 tablespoons whole black peppercorns |
1 tablespoon sweet Hungarian paprika |
1 1/2 teaspoons mustard seed |
18 small bay leaves |
12 whole cloves |
3/4 teaspoon ground cardamom |
3/4 teaspoon mace |
3/4 teaspoon allspice |
3/4 teaspoon ginger |
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
3/4 teaspoon red pepper |

Preparation / Directions:
In a spice grinder or small food processor, combine all of the ingredients. Grind well and store in a small glass jar.
