Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix together: 1 beaten egg, liquid shortening, milk, Malt-O-Meal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Stir until flour is moistened. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 12
