Ingredients:


2 cup cake flour

1 Tablespoon baking powder

1 dash salt

1/4 Tablespoon ground nutmeg

1/2 cup Sugar

3/4 cup milk

1/2 cup peanut butter (crunchy)

1/3 cup oil

1 large egg

1/2 cup sprinkle nuts
 

Preparation / Directions:


Pre-heat oven to 200ÂșC. Grease a muffin pan. Sift flour, baking powder salt and nutmeg into a mixing bowl. Stir in sugar. In a separate bowl. whisk together milk peanut butter oil and egg. Stir into dry ingredients along with sprinkle nuts. Spoon mixture into pan and bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm with butter.
