Preparation / Directions:Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 8 muffin cups with all vegetable cooking spray. Mix together all ingredients until just blended. Pour batter evenly into prepared pan. BAke 20 minutes. Cool in pan about 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Serve warm. Makes 8 muffins.
