Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Stoneground wholemeal SR Flour |
1/2 cup Non-fat youghurt -- sugar Free |
1/4 cup Unprocessed bran |
1 cup Natural sultanas or raisins |
1/4 cup Skim milk powder |
1 large Egg white |
1/2 cup Unsweetened apple or grape Juice |

Preparation / Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 C or 375 F. Combine all ingredients until the mixture resembles cake consistency. Place spoonfulls into non-stick muffins tins (or use spray oil substitute). Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
