Breakfast Muffin Cake

Ingredients:


2 large eggs

4 tablespoons oil

1/2 cup molasses

2 cups water

1 cup dry milk

2 cups dry oatmeal

2 1/2 cups flour

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 teaspoons baking soda

3 Tablespoon raisins or marmalade or -- opt

1/2 cup applesauce or cooked squash or carrots -- opt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Beat wet ingredients together. Mix dry ingredients well and add, stirring only enough to blend. Bake in greased 9x12 inch pan for 15 minutes. Should last for two breakfasts.
