Ingredients:


1 package muffin mix of your choice

1/3 cup water or non fat dry milk

1 large egg -- optional, reduce liquid to 1/4 cup
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix well and pour batter into well greased 8 inch square aluminum baking pan. Bake with moderate heat for about 25 to 30 minutes. Crust will be golden brown. Be careful and don't burn the botto
