Seafood Nachos

Ingredients:


3 pieces tortilla shells

4 ounces crabmeat -- flaked

1 teaspoon Seasoning salt

1 1/2 tablespoons onion -- chopped

1/4 medium tomato -- chopped

1 1/2 tablespoons green pepper -- chopped

1/2 cup cheddar cheese sauce -- canned or homemade
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cut each tortilla shell into 8 triangles. In large saucepan, heat 1/2-inch oil to hot (or if using a deep-fryer, follow manufacturer's instructions). Fry triangles, a few at a time, for about 30 seconds then turn and fry other side just a few seconds more, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle to taste with seasoning salt; set aside. Combine onions, green peppers, crabmeat, and cheese sauce and heat in microwave for 30 seconds. Place nachos on small plate. Top with heated mixture and top with tomatoe
