Preparation / Directions:
Boil noodles according to package directions, until just tender. Place in colander and rinse with cold water. Drain thoroughly. Fry them in deep fat fryer (385 to 395) until lightly browned. Drain on paper towel and sprinkle lightly with salt. Keep them hot in a low oven (25) or, when thoroughly cooled, store in covered container. To reheat, place them in a 300 oven for a few minutes.
NOTE: These noodles can be made fresh or by deep frying leftover thin spaghetti or noodles. Just pour boiling water over cold pasta to soften and separate, then drain thoroughly and fry according to the following directions.
