Ingredients:


2 2/3 cups coconut

2/3 cup eagle brand

1 teaspoon vanilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine coconut, milk, and vanilla; mix well. Drop from teaspoon, 1-inch apart, onto well greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
