Onion-Cheese Soup

Ingredients:


8 cups water

8 tablespoons beef broth

8 teaspoon garlic, minced

3 large onions, cut up

4 slices cheddar cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a saucepan, bring water to a boil, then turn down to a simmer. Add beef broth, garlic and onion to water; cook for 10 minutes. Put one slice of cheese in each bowl and pour soup into bowls.
