Preparation / Directions:Heat oven to 400. Melt margarine in 10inch skillet overmedium heat. Cook
onion in margarine 4 to 6 min. stirring occassionaly, until tender.
Cut cheese to fit bread. Spread each bread with sliced dijon mayonaisse
blend, or dijon mustard. Top each with onion, apple and cheese. Sprinkle
with chives. Placed in ungreased pan.
Bake 5 min or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
