Cheese Onion Morsels

Ingredients:


1 pound cheddar cheese -- (grated)

1/2 cup soft butter

1 large egg

1/4 cup water

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 cup onions -- (finely chopped)

1/4 cup parsley -- (chopped) or flakes
 

Preparation / Directions:


Beat cheese and butter. Add egg and water. Blend. Combine flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and paprika. Add flour mixture, onions and parsley to the cheese mixture. Blend. Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350=F8F for 15 minutes or until golden brown. May be frozen and thawed. Reheat at 375=F8F for 5 minutes. Makes 8 dozen.
