Preparation / Directions:In a 12 inch, nonstick skillet melt margarine over low heat; add onion and cook, covered, until soft and transparent - about 25 minutes. Uncover, stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Add yogurt, dill and paprika; cook 1 minute longer or until just heated through. Be careful not to let the sauce boil or it will curdle.
