Preparation / Directions:1. Scrub potatoes, and slice 1/8 inch thick. Coat a shallow 2 qt. casserole with cooking spray.
2. Combine potatoes and salad dressing in casserole; toss gently. 3. Cover and microwave at HIGH for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring at 4 minute intervals. 4. Stir in remaining ingredients and microwave at HIGH for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring at 4 minute intervals. | |||||||||
