Pancakes (No Dairy)

Ingredients:


1 1/4 Cups flour -- sifted

2 1/2 Teaspoons baking powder

2 tablespoons sugar

3/4 Teaspoon salt

4 large eggs -- separated

3/4 Cup water

3 tablespoons Margarine -- melted
 

Preparation / Directions:


Sift together dry ingredients. Combine egg yolks and water; add to dry ingredients mixing only until dry ingredients are moist. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold beaten egg whites and margarine into batter. Cook on lightly greased griddle.
