Vegetable Lo Mein

Ingredients:


1/2 Pound Spaghetti Cooked

1 tablespoons Oil

1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 medium Carrots Sliced

1 Stalk Celery Sliced

1 Small Onion Sliced

1 Can Waterchestnuts Canned, Sliced And Drained

1 Can Baby Corn Drained
 

Preparation / Directions:


Stir-fry vegetables in oil; remove from skillet and set aside. Stir-fry cooked dry noodles in oil until slightly browned. (You may need to add a bit more of both oils.) Stir in vegetables and add soy sauce to taste. Wonderful vegetarian dish, but a cup of stir-fried chicken or shrimp can be added.
