Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:Stir-fry vegetables in oil; remove from skillet and set aside.
Stir-fry cooked dry noodles in oil until slightly browned. (You may need to add a bit more of both oils.)
Stir in vegetables and add soy sauce to taste.
Wonderful vegetarian dish, but a cup of stir-fried chicken or shrimp can be added.
