Easy Chicken and Pasta

Ingredients:


1 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 Pound boneless chicken skinless breasts cut up

1 can Crean of Mushroom Soup (10 3/4 oz)

2 1/4 Cups water

1/2 Teaspoon basil leaves dried, crushed

2 Cups frozen vegetable combination...broccoli, cauliflower or carrots

2 Cups corkscrew pasta uncooked

1/2 cup parmessan cheese grated
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a skillet over mediumhigh heat, heat oil. Cook chicken until browned, stirring often. Set chicken aside. Add soup, water; basil and vegetables. Heat to boil. Add uncooked pasta. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring often. Return chicken to pan. Cook 5 minute or until pasta is done, stirring often. Sprinkls with cheese.
