Garlic and Onion Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients:


1/2 medium onion chopped

4 Cloves garlic minced or chopped

1/8 Cup butter or margarine

1/8 Cup olive oil

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cooking Sauce In a skillet, slowly heat the olive oil and butter, add garlic, onion and saute until dark golden. Serve sauce hot over cooked spaghetti or other pasta and top with Parmesan cheese. This garlic sauce will cover about 1/2 pound of spaghetti or other pasta.
