Slow - Italian Tortellini Stew |

Ingredients:
1 medium onion chopped |
2 medium zucchini cut into 1 inch cubes |
29 ounces vegetable broth |
28 ounces tomatoes chopped, undrained |
15 ounces cooked great northern beans drained and rinsed |
2 tablespoons dried basil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
8 ounces tortellini cheese-filled, uncooked |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine all ingredients except tortellini in electric crockery pot; well. Cover; cook on low setting for at least 6 hours. When ready to serve, increase heat to high setting; add tortellini. Cook an additional 20 minutes or until tortellini are soft.
