Ingredients:


16 ounces frattora tri-color pennoni pasta (large penne)

1 bottle roasted peppers sauce

1 bunch fresh leaf spinach

1 bunch cilantro optional

2 small tomatoes roughly chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Bring water to a boil, add pasta, cook until al dente. Heat sauce in separate pot. Add spinach and cilantro to boiling water 30 seconds before draining. Gently toss pasta and sauce. Serve with freshly grated parmesan
