Fake Lasagna

Ingredients:


12 ounces tomato paste

1 1/2 pounds ground chuck

1 medium onion

2 teaspoons salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 cup water

1 pound cottage cheese

8 ounces cream cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

1/2 cup green onion

8 ounces wid egg noodles
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook meat and onion. Add salt, pepper, tomato paste and water. Stir well and simmer. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and green onions. Cook noodles and drain. Place 1/2 noodles in 3 quart casserole. Place 1/2 cheese mixture over noodles. Place 1/2 meat sauce over cheese layer. Make second layer of each. Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
