Country Pasta With Mozzarella

Ingredients:


8 ounces uncooked rigatoni

8 slices bacon -- cut into 1 pieces

2 cups broccoli flowerets

1/2 teaspoon garlic minced

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 dash cayenne pepper

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook rigatoni according to pkg. directions. Drain. In skillet cook bacon over med. high heat, until browned. Reduce heat to medium. Add broccoli and garlic. Coo until broccoli is crisply tender. Add rigatoni and remaining ingredients except parsley. Continue cooking, stirring until cheese is melted. sprinkle with parsley.
