Artichokes And Shrimp with Pasta

Ingredients:


1 recipe lemon pasta

1 cup plain yogurt

1 tablespoons chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon freeze-dried chives

1 teaspoon finely shredded -- lemon peel

1/2 teaspoon salt

3/4 pound cooked shrimp or 1 package frozen -- cooked shrimp, thawed (12 ounces)

6 ounces marinated -- artichoke hearts

1 package cream cheese -- (3 ounces)

1 tablespoons chopped fresh or

1 teaspoon freeze-dried chives
 

Preparation / Directions:


Artichokes and Shrimp with Lemon Pasta. Lemon Pasta is the perfect. Cook pasta as directed; drain. Mix yogurt, 1 tablespoon chives, the lemon peel, salt, shrimp, artichoke hearts and cream cheese in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until hot and cream cheese is melted. Toss with pasta. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon chives.
