Ingredients:


8 ounces linguine or spaghetti -- uncooked

1 pound ground beef or ground turkey or mild italian sausage

1 cup coarsely chopped onions

1 clove garlic minced

28 ounces pasta style chunky tomatoes -- undrained

8 ounces tomato sauce

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese -- (1 ounce) , about
 

Preparation / Directions:


1.Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep hot. 2. in large skillet, brown meat with onions and garlic; drain. 3. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cook, stirring frequently, 15 minutes. 4. Spoon sauce over hot pasta; sprinkle with cheese. Serve with French bread, if desired. Makes 4 servings Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes
