Pasta With Ricotta-Walnut Sauce

Ingredients:


1/4 cup ricotta cheese

1/4 cup plain yogurt

1 tablespoons unsalted butter -- softened

1 clove garlic

1/4 cup walnuts -- chopped

2 tablespoons milk

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley -- chopped

1/2 tablespoons fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

4 ounces dried pasta -- cooked and drained
 

Preparation / Directions:


Process ricotta, yogurt, butter, garlic, walnuts, milk and cheese in blender or food processor until smooth. Stir in parsley, basil, pepper.
