Preparation / Directions:1. Cook and drain pasta, return to sauce pan.
2. Place skim milk, cottage cheese and egg product in blender or food processor until smooth.
3. Pour mixture over pasta.
4. Add bacon, peas, and parmesan cheese.
5. Cook over Low heat about 3 to 4 min. Stirring constantly, until sauce thickens, sprinkle with black pepper.
