Preparation / Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions in 4-quart pot. Drain and place in large bowl. Add butter and mix well. Cool 10 minutes. Add eggs, honey, cranberries, apples, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Place noodle mixture in 9-inch oiled square baking pan. Top with Crisp Topping and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F 50 minutes; uncover and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until browned on top.
Crisp Topping: Combine 1/3 cup bread crumbs and 1 teaspoon cinnamon; mix well. Drizzle 1/4 cup honey over mixture and stir until crumbs are coated. Bakes 1/3 cup.
